MMS is offering a babysitting course for students ready to take on the responsibility of watching younger children.

Anyone 11 and older can sign up! Students are required to be 11 years old when the class begins on March 22nd to participate in this class. You must be able to attend both days to complete the babysitting course. A certified American Red Cross instructor will lead the course.
Students will learn how to:
• Respond to emergencies and illnesses with first aid, rescue breathing and other appropriate care • Make decisions under pressure • Communicate with parents to learn household rules • Recognize safety and hygiene issues • Manage young children • Feed, diaper and care for infants
Students successfully completing the course will receive an ARC certificate.
Where: in the MMS grotto.
When: Tuesday, March 22nd and Wednesday, March 23rd from 2:30pm-6:00pm
Cost: $90/child
