The MMS Fund

Introducing the Milwaukee Montessori School Fund, which now allows donors to direct annual gifts to areas of personal interest, while helping us enhance those elements that make our school great.

In past years, we defined specific projects for our Annual Fund. With these funds we've renovated our Grotto, purchased Tablet PCs to help us convert to a “paperless classroom,” built our covered play area and new play structures, established our school kitchen and hot lunch programs, provided science laboratory equipment, reading books, faculty professional development workshops, and built an athletic court for basketball, volleyball, and tennis instruction and practices.

This year, choose your tax-deductible contribution destination:

Tuition Assistance	Your donation will help provide need-based assistance to current and potential students of our school.
Green Initiatives	Your donation will help us expand our green initiative efforts by helping enhance our green educational opportunities, help fund Junior High student scholarships to Nature’s Classroom, purchase green supplies and equipment for our classrooms, and expand opportunities to teach all of our students how to preserve the world that they will inherit.
Faculty Professional Development	All of our faculty are engaged in professional development, whether it is Toddler teachers attending Montessori Toddler training or Upper Elementary teachers participating in an advanced writing workshop. Your donation will help us continue to expand the skill sets of all our amazing faculty.
Fine Arts	Your donation to our fine arts program will expand and enhance the artistic and creative skills of all our students, from Toddler to Junior High, allow us to bring in visiting artists including musicians and sculptors, and make possible the purchase of musical equipment such as pianos or drums and materials to augment our studio art program.
Technology	Your donation will provide funding to enhance our robotics program and continue to expand our award-winning technology program through the purchase of additional computer systems, software and applications.
Athletics	Your donation to our athletics fund will help us expand our award-winning program by allowing us to purchase equipment to develop the large muscles of our toddlers, invite guest coaches who will refine the skills of our star athletes, and purchase materials that will enhance all of our students’ athletic abilities.
Area of greatest need	Unrestricted support helps enhance the educational opportunities for all of our students.
