Barbara Goodwillie joined Milwaukee Montessori School in April of 2026 after a successful 35-year career in operations management for a food service company. Although she retired in 2025, Barb soon realized she wasn't ready to slow down and returned to the workforce, where she then joined our school! She visited several schools but was particulary drawn to the atmosphere of MMS and the opportunity to support a vibrant learning culture.



Barb holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and is the proud mother of three adult sons, all of whom have dedicated their careers to serving others. Two serve in the U.S. Army, while the third works as an EMT. A lover of travel, Barb has enjoyed solo RV adventures across the country to visit her sons and their families in Colorado and Tennessee. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and creates in her home stained-glass studio, making pieces inspired by the designs of Frank Lloyd Wright and the natural beauty of the world around her.
