Ms. Molly Wardius joined MMS in October of 2026, and previously worked at another local school as a marketing and events assistant before discovering her passion for early childhood education. She graduated from St. Norbert College in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, but quickly realized that working with children was an even more fun and fulfilling path! She especially enjoys crafting with children and adventuring on outdoor walks with them. She was drawn to MMS for its holistic approach to education and the opportunities for growth that Montessori offers.

Outside of school, Molly enjoys crocheting and spending time with her two cats, Oslo and Finn.
