Nicole Doucette joined Milwaukee Montessori School in February 2026. Originally from Glendale, she brings 17 years of administrative experience, including 7 years specializing in accounts receivable and accounting across a variety of settings. Nicole was drawn to MMS for its philosophy, diversity, and the opportunity to expand her skills while refining her expertise.

Outside of the Business Office, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, creating digital art and workbooks, exploring new recipes, and visiting fairs and festivals with her nieces and nephews.
