Ms. Pia Russo joined Milwaukee Montessori School in 2026. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Middle and Secondary Education and Theatre Arts, with a minor in History, from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.

With several years of educational experience in both the classroom and the stage, Pia has worked with diverse student populations and is passionate about creating safe, inclusive learning environments where all students feel encouraged to participate, grow, and express themselves. Her background in both education and the performing arts allows her to bring creativity, enthusiasm, and strong classroom management skills to her work with students. Pia is committed to lifelong learning and enjoys helping students build confidence while discovering their unique strengths and interests.
